Introduction
Our mission with the 7th edition of the WS jacket is to produce the strongest version yet, capable of more and lasting longer in extreme conditions. Among the various improvements, we have developed the fabric so that the durability and water repellency/watertightness are dramatically improved. We have added detailed, tailored features and methods, and the collar has been raised so that it now protects you in even the worst weather.

Use:
WS7 is a wading jacket developed specifically for coastal fishing on the Danish coasts - a type of fishing that places particularly high demands on your equipment.
Our WS7 jacket is naturally 100% waterproof, and breathable fabric ensures you stay dry and comfortable – even in heavy rain and wind. The WS7 has a 100% saltwater resistant design that includes the latest generation of YKK® AquaGuard® zippers.
The incredibly durable and 100% waterproof WS7 jacket serves as the ideal outer layer in all weather conditions.

Pockets:
WS7 has 9 pockets:

• 2 “hand warmer”/slot pockets located at chest height – with magnetic closure and drain
• 2 waterproof and spacious box pockets – the pockets are shaped and adjust themselves to the contents. The pockets even accommodate large box sizes, such as CF designs. These pockets have flaps that automatically close with magnets, keeping the pocket protected from wave splashes and/or rain
• 2 front pockets with AquaGuard water-repellent zippers – the pockets are taped
• 1 easily accessible, internal, waterproof Napoleon pocket
• 1 large back pocket with drain
• 1 mesh pocket in the back pocket. In the back pocket is an extra and elastic mesh pocket, which fits a water bottle or thermos. The pocket is raised 25 cm inside the back pocket

Our pockets are waterproof against, for example, rain, snow and wave spray.

However, if the pockets are submerged in water, the water will eventually seep in. The same can happen if you haven't made sure to fully unzip your zippers.

No pockets can be considered completely waterproof, as condensation is almost inevitable when you are active in rain or humid environments.

Recommendation: Never store non-waterproof electronics in your waterproof jacket or waterproof pants as condensation is destructive to electronics. Always store your electronics in a waterproof bag.

You stay dry, even if water gets into your pockets.

More about our WS7 jacket:
The WS7 has an updated collar to protect you in all conditions. The collar has been raised to protect your face when the rain hits you hard. In our opinion, it's one of the best improvements to the WS jacket in years.

The jacket has a swivel hood with a visor that follows the movements of the head. The hood and collar are separated, which provides greater comfort when the hood is not in use - ideal if you wear a cap or glasses.
The front edge of the hood is equipped with a hand-adjustable drawstring. This elastic adjustment system allows you to customize the fit to your exact head size, even if you are wearing your favorite cap/hat.

Closure at the wrist is done with a solid cuff made of Hypalon with molded and patented Velcro® - your guarantee of a tight closure.

Two built-in retractor/pin on reel hidden under assault on the front pockets.

An integrated magnet for your favorite tool, strength - 1.5 kg.

Fit:
The jacket's fit has been improved and adjusted to give you an even better experience when you use it actively.

The shoulder and sleeve design provide great freedom of movement for both fly and spin fishing casting movements. The inside of the sleeves are fitted with slip linings, making the jacket easy to put on and take off – and this improves freedom of movement for all types of casting movements.

Finally, the jacket has an adjustable waist, so it can be adjusted to the amount of underwear you wear. Or you can tighten the jacket completely if you are wading very deep.

Material:
The System Fabric™ - a waterproof, breathable and durable material. The System Fabric™ can withstand rough use in saltwater environments and is even machine washable, which is unique for this type of jacket.

Maintenance:
Don't leave the jacket wet in the car after the fishing trip. If the jacket has been used in salt water, we recommend rinsing it under the shower - this will make the jacket last for even more seasons.

The jacket should be hung to dry in a ventilated and dry place after use. The jacket should not be exposed to very high heat for a long time. Do not leave your jacket on heating pipes or similar.

Wash:
Never use wash-in or compact washing products. Only use suitable soap if absolutely necessary – for example Grangers Performance Wash. Always rinse with fresh water if the jacket has been in contact with salt water or mud.

Impregnation:
We recommend using Grangers Performance Repel Plus Spray before you start using the jacket – it will extend the life of your jacket.
Grangers Performance Repel Plus Spray should also be used every time the jacket has been washed.

Nordic Anglers offers a 2-year right to claim under the Danish Sale of Goods Act for significant defects discovered during normal use of the product. The right to claim does not cover faults, damage, or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence, or unauthorized intervention. Claims for faults and defects must be reported to Nordic Anglers within a reasonable time after the fault or defect was discovered or ought to have been discovered.

In connection with warranty claims, Nordic Anglers will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
