Nordic Anglers provides a two-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sales Act for extensive defects that are discovered during normal use of the product. The warranty does not cover errors, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly resulting from incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interventions. Complaints about errors and defects must be notified to Nordic Anglers within a reasonable time after the error or defect has been discovered or should have been discovered. In connection with warranty cases, Nordic Anglers will bear the return costs to a reasonable extent. Goods are also returned to this address - please note that we do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery. This is not a requirement, but the shipment is expedited if sufficient information accompanies the package - for example, a copy of the order confirmation, registration number and account number for the bank account to which the refund can be made, a copy of previous correspondence, etc.

Refund

In the case of agreed decors, returned goods or prepaid goods that are cancelled before dispatch, a full or partial refund of the purchase price must be made. Refunds are usually always made by bank transfer, and Nordic Anglers therefore needs information about the registration number and account number of your bank account. Special items (e.g. customer colors, engraving, etc.) and discontinued items from our residual sales and outlets cannot be returned. Payment options

Nordic Anglers (Fluebinding Aps) accepts payment from Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, PayPal, ViaBill and MobilePay. Payment fees may apply. We withdraw the money when the item is shipped. Fluebinding Aps encrypts all payment information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This is to secure your data and payment information. Nordic Anglers accepts bank transfers. Once we have received the money, we will ship the item. Delivery

We pack orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and ship the same day. Orders placed until 2:30 p.m. will be shipped the same day. However, timely delivery requires that GLS adheres to same-day delivery. If GLS is delayed, this will delay the delivery accordingly in relation to the desired delivery date. GLS's quality target for delivery reliability is a minimum of 97% for letter parcels and a minimum of 99% for parcel post. Please note that these percentages are averages and can cover large, local and time-limited variations. Nordic Anglers cannot be held responsible for delays at GLS. In the event of very late deliveries (several days) or outright non-delivery, Nordic Anglers will of course send a new delivery free of charge. Delivery to Bornholm and certain small islands is not covered by GLS's same-day delivery target, as shipments to these areas can in some cases take two days. Nordic Anglers strives to provide same-day delivery, but in special cases it may take longer. In such cases you will be contacted. Deliveries are made to the Faroe Islands, Greenland and abroad, but at a higher postage rate.
